Bikeability Instructor

Personal Best Education are currently looking to recruit a bikeability instructors to delivery Bikeability Level 1, 2 and 3.  

Your role will be to:-

  • To deliver Bikeability, National Standards Cycle Training in Hampshire Schools. Including a basic skills off-road course (Level 1), basic on-road training course (Level 2) and advanced skills course (Level 3) to children and young people.
  • To prepare for, deliver and review cycling sessions.
  • To lead/supervise and direct the work of assistant instructors
  • To be accountable for the safety and welfare of young people

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 1st4Sport Level 2 award in Instructor Cycle Training or Level 2 National Standard Cycle Training (NSI) qualification (training can be provided)
  • To be able to confidently ride a bike to Level 3 standard and enjoy cycling
  • To be able to travel in and around the Hampshire area
  • Be professional, punctual and reliable at all times

Personal Best Education are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated Finance Assistant to support and assist the Head of Finance. 

Your role will be to:-

  • Raise monthly invoices for services and following up on the debtor’s list
  • Raise and process orders ensuring the correct authorisation procedures are followed.
  • To receipt goods, scrutinise invoices and statements.
  • Assist head of finance with monitoring of cash flow.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • NVQ3 or equivalent qualification or experience
  • Knowledge of using payroll and financial software
  • Experience of SAGE or PSF
  • Experience of presentation of financial reports

Personal Best Education are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated Administration Assistant for the National Citizen Service (NCS) Programme with exceptional organisational skills and a can do attitude.

Your role will be to:-

  • Represent the organisation in a professional manner when answering the telephone and greeting visitors.
  • Ensure all customers have a positive experience with our company.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Ensure all communication with customers is polite and professional.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Discretion in dealing with confidential data
  • Good analytical and numerical skills and an attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communicator (verbal & written)

You will be required to work 37 hours per week over 5 days, and this job may require some unsociable working hours during key delivery periods.

The salary is £16,484 per annum
