  • Team leaders

    JOB PURPOSE

    – To supervise, support and mentor a group of young people through their National Citizen Service programme.
    – To assist the senior staff and wave leaders to ensure a smooth running and transitions between phases on the NCS programme.
    – Liaise with the wave leader and/or safeguarding lead to ensure young people’s wellbeing is supported during delivery.
    – To lead on behaviour management, group activities and be the first port of contact for young people within an assigned team.
    – This is a fixed term contract, non-school based role. The hours of work are variable.

    Role Dates: Varying start dates:
    – 15th June
    – 22nd June
    – 29th June
    – 6th July
    – 13th July
    – 20th July
    – 27th July (TBC)

    Role Duration: 3 – 4 week posts (excluding weekends)
